Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking School Based Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in multiple school districts for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. You will support students in achieving IEP goals, collect data, and work with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies to promote progress.

This role offers weekly pay, diverse district placements, ongoing clinical supervision, and opportunities for career development within ABA.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Typically Monday–Friday school hours in assigned districts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and implement treatment plans and BIPs.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition; collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and apply proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and ethics.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support progress and professional development as an RBT.
