Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring School Based Behavior Technicians to support students across multiple districts for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, assist with IEP goals, and collect data to guide treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs and school staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
• Assist students in building independence in daily routines, transitions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and apply proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support progress and development.
