Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking qualified Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in schools, using ABA strategies from pre-K through high school. The role involves 1:1 or general classroom support and requires prior ABA experience.

We offer Full-time or Part-Time schedules, weekdays, typically 8am to 3pm. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K matching, and a RBT training path with guidance and pay bump to help you obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
• Provide toileting/diapering assistance on a case by case basis.
