Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. You will provide 1:1 ABA-based therapy and help implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA guidance.

This role offers meaningful, student-centered work with flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a supportive network across California schools, including onboarding and credentialing assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under BCBA guidance.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition; adjust strategies with BCBAs and school staff as needed.
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your development as an RBT.
