Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking School Based Behavior Technicians (BT) to support students across multiple districts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and assist with IEP goals in school settings.

This position offers flexible schedules, full-time or part-time options, ongoing clinical supervision, and opportunities for career growth while delivering meaningful student-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA, implementing individualized treatment plans and BIPs designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in their IEPs, including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT.
