Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for school-based assignments across multiple districts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. The role centers on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance and supporting students to meet IEP goals within school settings.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and teachers, and help students develop independence in daily routines and classroom tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs is preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students using Behavior Intervention Plans designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; collaborate with BCBAs and school staff.
• Assist students in building independence in daily routines, classroom transitions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors.
