Job summary

Ro Health is hiring qualified Behavior Technicians to work in schools for the 25-26 academic year, delivering behavioral support using ABA strategies to students from pre-K to high school. You may serve as 1:1 support or classroom aide, with schedules that fit your lifestyle and opportunities for growth.

This role emphasizes calm communication, physical stamina to stand and assist, and collaboration with teachers and specialists in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Prior school setting experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students’ learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide support either in a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods as needed.
• Assist with bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Possible toileting/diapering assistance.
