A global automotive supplier is seeking a method/process engineer to develop assembly lines, perform acceptance tests, and ensure process efficiency. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics engineering and have at least 4 years of relevant experience. Formación
- At least 4 years experience as a method, process engineer preferably for electronic devices.
- Fluent level of English.
- Knowledge of ESD and contamination control.
- PBC process/manufacturing knowledge.
Responsabilidades
- Development of assembly lines (automation & traceability) with the supplier.
- Perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
- Conduct trials on lines and deliver reports.
- Build action plans and follow up for FDPR readiness.
- Gather capabilities of equipment and process.
- Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
- Work on Capacity and Efficiency.

- To perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process
- To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
- To work on Capacity and Efficiency
- Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group
- To have basic knowledge of VPS or similar tools
- Logical thinking methodology PDCA/FTA
- Maintain the 5S and report issues
- Alert for safety rules infringement
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics engineering
- You have at least 4 years experience as a method, process engineer preferably for electronic devices
- Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English
- To have drawing reading and CAD skills
- To have PLC skills
- To have knowledge of LIN/CAN communication
- To have knowledge of ESD and contamination control
- To have PBC(Printed Circuit Board) process/manufacturing knowledge
