In line with growing organisation in Turkiye, we are looking for new teammates as "Production Leader" who will be under Manufacturing Operations Department and will work closely with Production Manager.

Job Purpose

The Production Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. This role involves optimizing production processes, managing resources, and leading the team to achieve production targets while maintaining cost control and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop blue-collar team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Production Planning & Coordination
• Align resources, monitor schedules, and adjust workflows to meet production targets.
• Coordinate closely with supporting departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve issues.

• Process Optimization
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Safety & Regulatory Compliance
• Enforce workplace safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, EHS, and company regulations.

• Quality Assurance
• Ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with quality teams to address deviations and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Minimum B1 level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proven experience managing blue-collar teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably experience in assembly line production companies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and workplace safety regulations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and team management.
