Job Description

• Organizing and guiding the team in alignment with daily and weekly production schedules
• Monitoring production performance to ensure output aligns with targets related to quality, volume, and waste minimization
• Designing and executing strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of production data-daily, weekly, and monthly-and conducting performance and loss analysis
• Taking part in and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives
• Staying updated on new technologies and advancements relevant to packaging processes
• Making sure all health and safety standards are rigorously applied in the work environment

The Successful Applicant

• Graduated from an engineering faculty
• Possesses at least 3 years of hands-on experience within a production or manufacturing environment
• Prior exposure to LEAN principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a significant advantage
• Proficient in English, both in verbal communication and written form
• Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office tools at an advanced level
• Familiarity with SAP systems will be considered a plus
• Demonstrates strong collaboration abilities, leadership potential, and effective interpersonal communication
• Well-organized, solution-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure
• Brings a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and evaluate data
• Highly motivated towards self-improvement and continuous learning
