A global automotive supplier is seeking a method/process engineer to develop assembly lines, perform acceptance tests, and ensure process efficiency. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics engineering and have at least 4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience as a method, process engineer preferably for electronic devices.
• Fluent level of English.
• Knowledge of ESD and contamination control.
• PBC process/manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Development of assembly lines (automation & traceability) with the supplier.
• Perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
• Conduct trials on lines and deliver reports.
• Build action plans and follow up for FDPR readiness.
• Gather capabilities of equipment and process.
• Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
• Work on Capacity and Efficiency.

• To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment

• To perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process
• To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
• To work on Capacity and Efficiency

Environment

• Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group
• To have basic knowledge of VPS or similar tools
• Logical thinking methodology PDCA/FTA
• Maintain the 5S and report issues
• Alert for safety rules infringement

You are

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics engineering
• You have at least 4 years experience as a method, process engineer preferably for electronic devices
• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English
• To have drawing reading and CAD skills
• To have PLC skills
• To have knowledge of LIN/CAN communication
• To have knowledge of ESD and contamination control
• To have PBC(Printed Circuit Board) process/manufacturing knowledge
