Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Officer to manage and control inventory processes at our Ankara location. This role plays a vital part in ensuring stock accuracy, efficient material flow, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and returns
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
  • Support order preparation and on-time dispatch of products
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain warehouse documentation and ensure audit readiness
  • Follow health, safety, and quality regulations in all warehouse activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; university degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in Turkish; English is a plus
