Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate all project PBOM (Project Bill of Materials) documents, ensuring they are ready for upload to the ERP system.
- Effectively manage the factory's change management processes and update necessary documentation accordingly.
- Support the implementation of industrial information systems (IS) tools, acting as a key user for systems such as PLM (e.g., DMA, DELMIA) and ERP (e.g., GSI).
- Organize and lead change management activities, ensuring the completeness, correctness, and clarity of change requests while aligning all stakeholders.
- Ensure the accurate implementation of master data in systems, including M-BoM, P-BoM, routings, work centers, and tooling, while maintaining data consistency across different systems.
- Conduct tests prior to the implementation or update of systems and manage data migration, including any necessary data rework.
- Provide training to users on new systems and updates, ensuring they are well-prepared to utilize the tools effectively.
- Represent the Configuration and Change Management (CCM) function in project and program meetings, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and best practices.
- Report on CCM performance indicators and manage actions for continuous improvement.
