Job summary

GROHE is seeking a Customer Service/Order Handling specialist in Istanbul to ensure top customer satisfaction through accurate quotations, timely order confirmations and proactive order management. You will liaise with the Customer Care Unit to maintain service levels and support market demand analysis for forecasting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business administration with Istanbul residency, Turkish fluency and conversational English, and 3–4 years in a similar function within supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration.
• Fluent Turkish with conversational English.
• Istanbul resident is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and issue quotations per policies and pricing.
• Issue order confirmations with estimated values and check availability.
• Monitor delivery notes and coordinate with DC OM and Credit teams.
• Monthly reporting on orders, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
