Job summary

Gizli in the Marmara region of Turkey is seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to support the sales team by tracking quotations, orders, and contracts, and by entering orders into ERP/CRM systems.

You will coordinate the delivery process, assist with quotes, follow up on inquiries, and help with sales reporting and account reconciliations. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Logistics, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or customer service
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Preferably skilled in ERP and CRM software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; articulate and customer-oriented
• Developed planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong follow-up capabilities; detail-oriented and responsible
• Preferably proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Managing the operational tracking of quotation, order, and contract processes initiated by the sales team
• Entering customer orders into the ERP/CRM system accurately and on time
• Managing the customer delivery process by tracking order stages across production, warehousing, and logistics
• Preparing customer quotations, tracking revisions, and reporting updates to the relevant sales representative
• Coordinating the resolution process for customer requests, complaints, and inquiries by forwarding them to the appropriate departments
• Assisting with sales reporting, invoice tracking, and current account reconciliation processes
• Preparing data, presentations, and documentation required by the sales team.
