Qualifications

• University degree with minimum 3 years of telecom sector experience.
• Strong analytical background with case-study problem solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End GTM & Portfolio Ownership: deploy local GTM strategies with full accountability from ideation to consumer sales.
• Autonomous Business Case Management: drive end-to-end business cases from concept to commercial launch.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Product, Segments, Distribution, Technology, Sales, and Process teams.
• Global & OpCo Collaboration: oversee deliverables with Vodafone Global and other OpCos; share best practices.
• Stakeholder & ExCo Management: translate complex targets for Head and ExCo management.
• Commercial Negotiation & Alignment: negotiate terms with partners and manage distributor/vendor ecosystem.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: define partnership strategies and track metrics.
