Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role focuses on maintaining accurate organizational charts, supporting HR budget planning, and guiding reporting lines and title changes across IT systems.

You will implement change plans, prepare communications, and drive development plans for employees. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in HR, strong relationship-building skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle organizational changes and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Keeps organization charts up to date monthly and during HC planning.
• Supports HRBP for budget planning and headcount tracking.
• Advises / supports decisions about reporting lines & title changes; executes changes in IT systems.
• Implements organizational changes based on change plans; prepares announcements.
• Prepares updated org structure documents and informs HR MIS.
• Facilitates development plans for low performers and tracks low performers.
• Evaluate promotion requests.
• Prepare and reflect status changes in system monthly.
• Track vacant roles and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters.
• Tracks termination process end to end.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Organise Açık Kapı Meetings, Coffee Talks with related teams and proactive 121s with employees.
• Analyse Spirit Beat Results and work as a member of Spirit Team of related function for the action plan
