Vodafone in Turkey seeks a seasoned sales leader for Hatay to drive exclusive channel and field sales targets. You’ll guide a team, implement sales strategies, and ensure adherence to company policies while expanding market share in the Adana region.

You should have a university degree, at least four years of management experience in mobile or telecom sales, strong communication, planning and budgeting skills, and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the realization of the monthly targets of exclusive channel and field sales channels in HATAY
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethics codes and principles
• Develop and maintain sales distribution channels
• Implement company sales strategies and analyze the sales process
• Set targets and conduct sales meetings
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet objectives
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to grow market share
