Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a capable professional in Istanbul to coordinate and deliver strategic projects, including JV/M&A initiatives, with strong financial analysis and stakeholder management. You will craft presentations and information memoranda, enabling informed decision-making across senior teams.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate finance, exceptional communication, and the ability to work in a complex matrix environment while maintaining fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
• Strong acumen in project management with excellent presentation/communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in understanding corporate finance terminology & experience in valuation and business modeling.

Responsibilities

• Take active role in coordination of key projects (JV, M&A’s, Partnerships).
• Act as the central coordinator across cross-functional teams ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective stakeholder management throughout strategic projects.
• Drive day-to-day project management activities, including workstream coordination, progress tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up of key action items to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making processes by aligning internal stakeholders on strategic priorities, project objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Prepare transaction-related documentation such as pitchbooks, information memorandum, management presentations and other marketing materials.
• Analyze financial and operational data of potential targets and new business opportunities.
