Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior partner growth lead to drive growth, activeness and retention across thousands of partners in the Turkey region. You will shape lifecycle strategies, incentives and community initiatives while coordinating with product teams to enhance upload services, content production and the overall user experience on TikTok Commerce.

The role requires 5+ years in mass account management, experience managing large partner networks, and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of mass account management experience.
• Experience managing hundreds of partners and driving growth.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for thousands of partner growth to increase activeness, sales and retention.
• Identify partner pain points and lifecycle growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Lead the team to roll out incentive policies, growth missions, partner communities, email campaigns and incubation activities.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to optimize product uploading, content production and user experience for TikTok Commerce.
