Job summary

TikTok is seeking a creator operations leader in Turkey to manage affiliate and agency operations for TikTok Commerce. You will develop short- and long-term creator development strategies to drive growth and improve the creator experience on the platform.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into scalable actions, tackle ecosystem challenges, and support global collaboration with creators and agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in content platform operations or creator ecosystem operations.
• Experience leading large-scale operations across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across diverse functions and backgrounds.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate creator, managed creator, and creator agency operations for TikTok Commerce.
• Develop short-term and long-term creator development strategies to strengthen supply and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve creators’ experience on TikTok.
• Identify challenges, trends, and opportunities in the creator ecosystem and translate insights into actions.
