Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop high potential creators to grow content categories and creator success
• Identify partnership opportunities on E-commerce businesses with cross-functional teams
• Independently manage a medium-sized group of creators/partners and foster relationships
• Track and analyze performance: active rate, content quality, views, audience growth
• Ensure operations metrics and content diversity
• Plan and run online and offline campaigns based on trends and tentpoles with data analysis
