Job summary

TikTok Commerce is seeking a Mass Acquisition and Incubation Lead to scale partner growth across the platform in Turkey. You will analyze partner lifecycles, design strategies to boost activeness and sales, and drive data-informed decisions while coordinating with Product and other teams to optimize onboarding and partner experiences.

The role requires substantial experience in managing a large partner base, strong English communication, and the ability to drive complex projects across functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 5+ years in mass account management or mass incubation.
• Experience managing hundreds of partners and cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, activeness, sales, and retention for thousands of partners.
• Identify pain points and lifecycle growth opportunities with data-driven strategies.
• Lead rollout of incentives, growth missions, partner community, and campaigns.
