• Lead agency acquisition efforts, identifying and onboarding high-potential e-commerc agencies to grow on the platform.
• Manage day-to-day agency operations, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure agencies meet performance and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to support agencies in scaling their businesses, optimizing performance, and improving key metrics such as content quality, engagement, and business growthsales.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to highlight agency achievements and provide the necessary resources for growth.
• Track, analyze, and report on agency performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.
• Plan and execute campaigns, both online and offline, aligned with trends to drive agency success.
