Job summary

Gurmen Group seeks a senior CRM and analytics leader to shape customer experience across Ramsey, KIP, and Gökkale brands. You will drive loyalty, optimize omnichannel interactions, and translate data into strategic actions. Fluency in English and deep CRM expertise are essential.

You will oversee cross‑functional initiatives, integrate CRM across channels, and continually improve customer insights to boost lifetime value and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in CRM, analytics, and data analysis.
• Strong experience with MS Dynamics CRM, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis, ideation, code development, and content creation.
• Advanced Excel skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer value and omnichannel customer experience strategies to maximize CLV.
• Design and optimize loyalty programs and CRM initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn reduction.
• Manage personalized customer communications across touchpoints and channels.
• Monitor CRM KPIs, analyze behavior, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Lead CRM system integrations across sales channels and partner platforms.
• Identify CRM system requirements and coordinate with stakeholders on improvements.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
