Atourcompany in Turkey seeks a versatile Marketing Lead to bridge acquisition and stakeholder communications with data-driven actions across online and offline channels.

You will design end-to-end CRM campaigns (SMS, email, push), lead omnichannel initiatives, and manage paid campaigns while building influencer/KOL partnerships. The role requires hands-on field involvement across store locations and strong analytical, negotiation, and brand communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in local marketing and brand communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven strategy skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiations with B2B/B2C stakeholders.
• Solid command of 360-degree CRM principles and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Data-driven segmentation to design end-to-end personalized CRM campaigns (SMS, email, push).
• Develop omnichannel initiatives including offline and online marketing, events, and guerrilla tactics to boost store traffic and conversions.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Paid Social & Paid Search) to drive footfall and optimize ROAS/CPA.
• Establish influencer/KOL/UGC partnerships to amplify brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Category and Sales to create bundled offers and ensure digital messaging translates to physical retail (O2O).
• Lead ecosystem expansion projects and manage potential partnerships and commercial agreements.
