Responsibilities

• CRM Strategy & Program Leadership: own end-to-end CRM strategy across channels and markets.
• CRM Platform & Vendor Management: manage providers, templates, and contracts.
• Audiences & Lifecycle Journeys: define segments, journeys, and localization rules.
• Analytics, Measurement & Optimization: own KPIs, dashboards, and experiments.
• Cross-functional Program Management: coordinate with product, data, marketing and regional teams.
• AI, Automation & Innovation: automate reporting and leverage AI for personalization.
