Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing in consumer tech.
• Experience coordinating multi-market CRM programs and local platform localization.
• Hands-on with modern CRM platforms and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push and messaging apps.
• Develop and maintain CRM roadmap aligned to acquisition, engagement and retention KPIs.
• Lead market-specific channel strategies for WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk and others.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering to instrument journeys and measurements.
• Drive AI integrations and experimentation to improve deliverability and lift.
