Multinet Up is seeking a Marketing Analytics Unit Manager to lead data-driven CRM and marketing analytics initiatives. The role focuses on extracting insights, optimizing customer journeys, and driving loyalty across our hybrid teams in Istanbul.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in CRM and marketing analytics, with fintech exposure and strong SQL/Python skills. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, and growth-minded professionals will thrive in this collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, Strategy, or Business Development
• Experience in financial technologies, especially payment systems, banking/finance sectors is preferred
• Proficiency with analytical data analysis using SQL, Python, and similar tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Turkish and English
• Growth mindset and ability to think creatively with data-driven insights
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable findings from figures

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues and opportunities and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs and performance
• Deliver customer insights and recommendations through data analysis and post-activity evaluations
• Identify customer personas and optimize CRM/marketing activities based on profiling and segmentation
• Custodian of customer database and ensure data integrity
• Provide timely monthly KPI reporting
• Plan and implement campaigns to optimize loyalty and lifetime value
• Forecast and assess impact of marketing activities
• Manage digital marketing activities and analytical tools
• Develop cross-functional relationships with IT, Sales Operations, Finance and 3rd party vendors
• Monitor product-based online and offline marketing within budget
• Conduct benchmark analyses and market research on local/global payments
