Job summary

Elite HR Consultancy, on behalf of a US-based global client in Financial Services, is seeking a Remote Client Success Specialist in Türkiye. You will manage inquiries, guide clients to solutions, and coordinate onboarding while building strong relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer success, are fluent in English and Turkish, and comfortable working US hours from Türkiye. Remote position with international team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales, customer success, customer service, or client relations; interns considered
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-up discipline
• Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus
• Interest in US business, accounting, and tax systems

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client inquiries and understand client needs; provide information about services
• Guide prospective clients toward suitable solutions and support the sales process
• Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate onboarding
• Guide clients through basic US company formation processes and collect required information
• Respond to existing clients’ requests, resolve routine inquiries, coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain accurate client records and track leads, interactions, and requests in the CRM
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention
