Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants LLP in Turkey is seeking a proactive Customer Success / Field Operations Executive to manage client relationships, onboarding, and field support. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, driving product adoption, and ensuring timely delivery of client projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing roles within Tech, SaaS, or FMCG/CPG, with strong Turkish and English communication, and knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Asana.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in technology, SaaS, FMCG, or CPG.
• Excellent Turkish and English communication.
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, and training.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
• Understanding APIs and middleware integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Support client onboarding, product training, and user adoption.
• Provide operational and product support to field teams and users.
• Coordinate with internal Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams.
• Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups.
• Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Asana.
• Gather field feedback and help resolve client issues efficiently.
