Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing roles within Tech, SaaS, or FMCG/CPG, with strong Turkish and English communication, and knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Asana.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in technology, SaaS, FMCG, or CPG.
• Excellent Turkish and English communication.
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, and training.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
• Understanding APIs and middleware integrations is a plus.

• Understanding of APIs and middleware integrations is an advantage.

Preferred Backgrounds: Customer Success, SaaS Support, FMCG/CPG, Field Sales Operations, DMS, SFA, or Field Force Automation.
