Job summary

Complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to ensure banks, fintechs and payment firms derive real value, stay with us, and grow. You will communicate in English with customers abroad, mostly outside Türkiye, on onboarding, training and renewals from contract through renewal.

You spend days on calls, training sessions, and email threads, owning a set of accounts, and turning customer needs into product improvements. This is an on-site role in Üsküdar, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer success, onboarding, or account management in B2B software/fintech.
• Fluent spoken and written English; fluent Turkish as well.
• Experience owning accounts: onboarding, adoption, renewals, or churn with measurable results.
• Comfort with a technical product; able to explain API integrations and screening rules to customers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or CS tools and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts from contract to renewal; drive onboarding and rollout.
• Lead product training for compliance and ops teams, in English, with updated materials.
• Monitor product adoption; identify and address at-risk accounts.
• Facilitate renewals and growth; communicate upsell signals to sales with context.
• Capture customer feedback and relay to product, prioritising improvements.
• Collaborate with Support and Engineering on escalations and issue resolution.
• Leverage AI tools to prepare reviews, summarise calls, and draft training content.
