Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer for Central Anatolia and the Black Sea region. The role will coordinate sales activities, develop opportunities, and drive market share in the automotive after-market sector.

You will deliver KPIs, manage CRM opportunities, and collaborate with distributors to meet customer needs. Travel and a university degree in engineering are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or related
• 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial/automotive after market
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate existing sales activities for Central Anatolia / Black Sea region
• Develop business opportunities to increase sales in the territory for Adhesive Technologies
• Deliver KP OS&G and PC% in territory at defined accounts
• Prepare and implement action plans to grow sales, profit and market share
• Execute customer roadmap and manage CRM opportunities in ACE
• Develop and manage projects to meet customer technical needs
• Manage distributors and improve distributor staff knowledge
• Provide input to Manager on customer needs and market trends
• Conduct market analysis and support roll-out activities for key customers
