Job summary

Birinci Otomotiv A.Ş. in Gebze is seeking a Sales Engineer for an automotive component supplier, located in the TOSB Organized Industrial Zone. You will build and expand customer relationships and drive solutions that meet objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 3 years in the automotive industry, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills. A proactive, target‑driven mindset and travel willingness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering faculties; Industrial & Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• At least 3 years working experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• Good command of English both in speaking & writing (advanced level); German is an asset.
• High presentation skills and good level of MS Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Strategic planning to improve client results.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to Sales Manager using key account metrics.
• Develop new business with current & new customers.
• Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing the activities.
