Reinhausen Türkiye is seeking a seasoned regional sales leader to guide the assigned product portfolio and drive market growth in the Marmara region. You will work with Area Sales Managers to execute go-to-market plans, engage customers, and close framework agreements.

The role requires a technical degree in Electrical Engineering and a track record of 10 years in sales, with strong English communication and strategic market insights to create lasting customer value.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in sales in energy/industrial sector.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with value creation focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Regional Sales Team for assigned product portfolio.
• Drive market development and raise local awareness through events and pilots.
• Develop and implement strategic approaches to strengthen market acceptance and growth.
• Negotiate and support framework agreements with Area Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to expand presence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate market insights into sales initiatives.
