Job summary

Sika Türkiye, a global leader in specialty chemicals for bonding, sealing, damping and protection, seeks a Regional Technical Sales Specialist for Marmara Region. You will visit vehicle manufacturers, drive sales growth, and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver on budgets.

You will apply technical know-how of adhesives and related technologies, while engaging with Engineering and R&D to promote Sika solutions in new vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical and market knowledge with ability to read customer needs and trends.
• Hands-on experience with chemical solutions, adhesives, sealants and related tech.
• Experience in technical sales, business development or account management in transportation/industrial sectors preferred.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and drive project-based sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial vehicle manufacturers in Marmara Region and monitor projects in the customer portfolio.
• Achieve and maintain the regional sales budget; support growth and profitability.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in the territory.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing; report intelligence to management.
• Analyze customers' technical requirements and recommend Sika solutions.
• Support new project implementation with Technical Service for testing and validation.
• Build early relationships with engineering/R&D to promote Sika adoption in new vehicle programs.
• Evaluate RFQs, prepare proposals, and lead pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Coordinate orders, delivery schedules, and payments with Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility in SAP and CRM.
