Job summary

Reset HR Consulting is assisting a leading global provider of engineering plastics raw materials, polymers, and technical materials. We seek a Sales Executive to cover the Trakya region, manage and grow a customer portfolio, and drive new business across this key area.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in engineering plastics sales, fluent English, and a valid B-class license. The role includes field visits and collaboration with global teams, with hybrid work in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials/ Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or field operations specifically within engineering plastics raw materials, technical polymers, or plastic injection raw materials.
• Fluency in English (essential for daily communication with global suppliers and international group operations).
• Holding a valid B-class driver’s license with no travel restrictions.
• Strong expertise in B2B sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and account management.
• Residing in or easily accessible to the Trakya region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio in the Trakya region, building long-term, sustainable business relationships.
• Identify potential accounts across the region, conduct active field visits, and drive new business acquisition for engineering plastics raw materials.
• Recommend tailored polymer/compound solutions that match customers' technical specifications and raw material requirements.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes including quoting, pricing, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional industrial developments to provide strategic reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with local and global technical teams for application development and technical support.
