Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electric, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in Italian, English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Turkish language will be an advantage.
• Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and customer-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• No travel restrictions and valid driving license.
• Resident in Istanbul Asian side.

Responsibilities

• Answering e-mails, messaging and online calls via Whatsapp, delivering solutions to customer requests and complaints.
• If needed ARKEL customers will be supported on site to solve technical problems.
• If ARKEL needs technical information, candidates will join international exhibitions.
