Job summary

IOM is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite user support across Istanbul-area offices. The role includes installing and maintaining network hardware, desktops, and security systems, with focus on reliability and user training.

Fluency in English and Turkish is required, with a background in Windows Server environments and LAN/WAN networks. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with at least three years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a networking environment (LAN/WAN) and Windows Server in multi-site settings.
• Exposure to IT security basics and backup systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support to IOM staff.
• Install, configure and maintain network components and desktops.
• Monitor systems, perform maintenance, and ensure security of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation; develop user training.
• Assist in CCTV, access control, and telecom systems maintenance.
