Job summary

Latour Future Solutions AB in Istanbul seeks a Technical Services Support Specialist with Arabic and French language skills to join our team.

You will respond to customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and support product installations as needed, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service for Arkel customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Arabic & French) to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• Good command of French, Arabic, English, and Turkish (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Turkish is considered an advantage
• Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications
• Strong planning and organizational skills; analytical, customer-oriented, and a team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• No travel restrictions
• Valid driving license
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
