Job summary

Itproposal is seeking on-call IT Support Technicians to provide onsite desktop and laptop support in Şişli, Istanbul. The role is flexible/project-based with competitive hourly pay and allowances for meals and travel.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, support Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and assist with basic network connectivity, printer setups, and workstation preparations for new hires.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN).
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).
