Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in service operations, customer service, coordination, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and coordinate customer service requests.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities of Field Service Engineers & Application Engineers.
• Monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate communication between customers, Service Engineers, Application Engineers and internal departments.
• Follow up on service quotations, work orders, service reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled customer visits and service activities.
• Identify potential operational issues and ensure timely communication with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records in relevant systems.
• Support service-related reporting and operational performance tracking.
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service team.
