Qualifications

• Proven experience in service coordination, logistics, or operations support in a technical/engineering environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams, includingChina-based partners.
• Knowledge of shipping, inventory control, and procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Field Coordination: schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSEs) based on service needs and priorities.
• Inventory Management: track and manage service inventory and stock levels at multiple sites.
• Procurement & Financial Admin: create and manage POs/PRs, quotes, and invoicing in internal systems.
• Pre-Ticket Qualification: review service tickets before dispatch and define scope of work.
• Cross-Functional Communication: liaise with China-based teams for parts, repairs, and escalations.
• Reporting & Follow-up: maintain logs and trackers and close open actions and service cases.
