Inspex Global Denetim Ve Mühendislik Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi in Sakarya Serdivan is seeking an Operations Specialist/Coordinator to manage client inspections, coordinate with inspectors, and ensure smooth communication between clients and field teams.

Responsibilities include expediting the inspection process, finding qualified inspectors, preparing reports, calculating costs, and issuing monthly invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of operations experience.
• Intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new clients and introduce INSPEX.
• Receive, manage and coordinate inspections from clients.
• Ensure communication between clients and inspectors and support them.
• Expedite the overall inspecting process and collect necessary documents.
• Provide and find qualified inspectors by location, experience and availability.
• Prepare, check and follow up inspection reports and relevant documents.
• Perform cost calculations for inspections.
• Prepare monthly invoices and timesheets and issue them to clients and inspectors.
• Organize and manage office tasks.
