Hexagon Türkiye is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Service team in a hybrid role at Ostim-Ankara. You will coordinate customer service requests, plan field service activities, and ensure effective communication between customers, Service Engineers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive follow-up, and collaboration with international teams. A bachelor's degree and English proficiency are required; experience in service operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department.
• Experience in service operations, technical support, or coordination roles preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive, register, and coordinate customer service requests.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities of Field Service Engineers and Application Engineers.
• Monitor service requests to ensure timely handling and completion.
• Coordinate communication between customers, Service Engineers, Application Engineers and internal departments.
• Follow up on service quotations, work orders, and service reports.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled customer visits and service activities.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely communication with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate service records in relevant systems.
• Support service-related reporting and operational performance tracking.
• Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service team when required.

Summary

Hexagon Türkiye is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Service team.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of service operations. You will be responsible for coordinating customer service requests, planning field service activities, and maintaining effective communication between customers, Service Engineers, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and coordinate customer service requests.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities of Field Service Engineers & Application Engineers.
• Monitor service requests to ensure they are handled and completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate communication between customers, Service Engineers, Application Engineers and relevant internal departments.
• Follow up on service quotations, work orders, service reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled customer visits and service activities.
• Identify potential operational issues and ensure timely communication and follow-up with the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records in relevant systems.
• Support service-related reporting and operational performance tracking.
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service team when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service operations, technical support, customer service, coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Good command of MS Office applications.
