Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Service Planning Coordinator (Dispatcher) in Istanbul to plan and coordinate Field Service Engineers’ appointments. You will collaborate with Helpdesk and Account Managers to optimize assignments, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in service coordination or related industries, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is a plus.
• 1-3 years of industry or customer service experience.
• Experience in marking/coding industry or industrial automation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of Field Service Engineers (approx. 20) for interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations.
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed for service tasks.
• Monitor service appointments and parts deliveries.
• Confirm visits to customers and update dashboards on team availability and response times.
• Ensure effective communication with Account Managers and Field Service Engineers.
