Cross Border Talents in Turkey is seeking a German Customer Technical Support specialist to act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and empathetic assistance. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining precise records and staying updated on product changes to ensure accurate, helpful support.

The role requires German at C1 and English at B1, with a minimum of one year in customer service.

Formación

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in call centers or support roles preferred.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality support.
• Deliver clear, concise, and reliable information about products and services.
• Manage updates, troubleshoot concerns, and handle requests efficiently and professionally.
