The role requires German at C1 and English at B1, with a minimum of one year in customer service.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in call centers or support roles preferred.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities
