You will work from home, handle issues under pressure, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (C1 level).
• Proficiency in English (B1 level).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat on inquiries, issues, and general support requests.
• Guide users with clear, accurate information about services and products.
