Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Istanbul is seeking a passionate Jr. E-Commerce Key Account Specialist to manage key e-commerce accounts end to end, from sell-in to collections.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to drive growth and profitability across markets. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of e-commerce experience, strong analytics, English fluency, and excellent stakeholder management in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Sell-in and stock planning with key e-commerce accounts to prevent out-of-stocks and hit targets.
• Develop and implement e-commerce campaign strategies to boost conversions.
• Track sell-out, market share and competitor activity to drive actions.
• Represent the company and strengthen relationships through visits in Istanbul and other cities.
• Plan, allocate and track the sales and campaign budget for efficiency.
• Ensure customer payments are collected and manage checks/guarantees.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance and prepare regular reports.
• Drive growth and profitability of e-commerce accounts.
• Develop and execute joint e-commerce business plans with related customers.
